  • Planning ahead, getting started, and self-reflecting
  • How our core relationships impact inhibition and impulse control
  • Attention span, working memory and learning

Day Two

9:00     Welcome back

  • Decreasing stress to improve learning potential
  • Changing the environment, task and/or delivery
  • Moving to learn
  • Chunking information or curriculum

Noon  Lunch

1:00     Key words, phrases and scripts to maintain attention

  • The science and practice of play-based learning
  • Technology and visual support
  • Measuring knowledge in diverse ways

5:00     End of day
